A student team from FSN clinched the top prize in the diploma category at the recent Singapore Institute of Food Science & Technology Biennial Student Symposium (2007).
The team comprised Goh Siew Koon, Chan Bao Fang Mitchelle and Hazel Ratcliffe. Hazel presented the project on Ice Popsicles with Fruit/Vegetable Juices/Extracts on behalf of the team and will attend the 10th ASEAN Food Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 21 to 23 September 2007. The trip will be fully sponsored.
