Our Nutrition department has a state of the art Nutrition Assessment and Research Centre that comprises a counselling and observation room equipped with sophisticated facilities to conduct focus group discussions, anthropometric measurements and nutrition counselling sessions for academic and research purposes. It is managed by qualified staff,whose collective expertise fulfill the diverse requirements of this dynamic industry.

Our staff expertise includes:

• Conducting dietary surveys, assessing dietary intake, and analysis and interpretation of data.
• Planning and customising therapeutic diets for individuals
• Developing and standardising recipes, and analysing their nutrient.
• Providing evidence-based nutrition information and opinions to the media

The department has worked with partners like the Health Promotion Board, National University of Singapore, Singapore Heart Foundation, Singapore Sports Council, Mediacorp, National Healthcare Group, Nutrition and Dietetics departments in hospitals; Food and Nutrition Specialists, Fitness and Health International and Day Spring Services Ltd.
