Membrane Technology

ASc has well equipped membrane application and analytical facilities to solve your environment needs.  We can conduct feasibility studies on the use of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes for your liquid waste treatment problems as well as your process needs.  We can work together with companies to offer them a total solution to resolve their liquid waste treatment and disposal issues.  Companies that we have worked with include Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited and Fluid Technology Pte Ltd.

Industrial Waste Heat Recovery

ASc can design, supply, install and commission industrial waste heat recovery systems to enhance the productivity and environment performance of companies.  We make use of heat pipe technology, which is a novel technology that can be used to overcome low temperature corrosion issues commonly faced by the industry in waste heat recovery operations.  If your plant produces flue gas, be it from boilers, furnaces or kilns, we can help you recover your waste energy and fuel.  We can also provide free evaluation studies to assess the cost effectiveness of the use of heat pipe technology for you.   Companies that we have worked with include PGEO Edible Oil Sdn Bhd and Envirostar (S) Pte Ltd.
