Visit To Our Learning Enterprise: KoolWerkz Training Factory KoolWerkz is an off-campus training ice-cream manufacturing plant set up by Temasek Polytechnic to provide broad-based entrepreneurship and food manufacturing training for students across various disciplines. Located in Singapore's food manufacturing zone at Gourmet East Kitchen in Bedok, it is fully equipped with facilities to make frozen desserts. The facility has been awarded a food establishment licence by the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore to produce and sell frozen desserts. Visit our plant and get a better insight into how an ice factory operates. You can also learn how our students run the ice-cream plant as a business entity.
