Course Synopsis
The course provides participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge to operate environmental and utility installations for the Environment & Water Industry and Manufacturing Industry. At the same time, the course aims to equip graduates with knowledge in environmental management so that they are better prepared to work in these industries.
Career Opportunities
Graduates of the course will be able to take up positions in the following industries:
- Environment and Water Industry
- Manufacturing Industry (Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Food Industry)
- Government and Statutory Boards (such as NEA, PUB, MEWR)
Duration
1 year, 2 to 3 times a week from 7pm to 10pm
Entry Requirements
- Polytechnic diploma holders or equivalent; or
- University degree holders
Other candidates may be considered on a case by case basis.

Singapore Citizens* : $726.60
Permanent Residents* : $799.20
Others** : $7,265.30
* Nett fee payable after MOE subsidy. Only Singapore Citizens (S) and Permanent Residents (PR) who have NOT enjoyed a subsidized Specialist Diploma or Advanced Diploma are eligible for subsidy.
** Non-Singaporeans and S/PR candidates who had enjoyed a subsidized Specialist Diploma or Advanced Diploma or above programme.
