Comprising two workstations namely the Laboratory Animal Workstation and the Aquaculture Workstation, the Temasek Animal Facility provides a conducive training environment for students to learn essential skills related to both aquaculture and laboratory animal science and technology.

The Laboratory Animal Workstation has amenities suitable for students to learn about veterinary diagnostics, necropsy, animal quarantine procedures, animal care and husbandry as well as good laboratory practices.

The Aquaculture Workstation is equipped with four 3000-litre round tanks fitted with closed recirculatory systems, a fish quarantine room and reservoir tanks. Students could acquire skill sets related to fish breeding, fish health and disease prevention, fish care and husbandry, larviculture and facility maintenance
